Condominium Manager or Property Administrator

Responsibilities include handling the day to day operations (physical, financial and administrative) of the condominium communities in your portfolio.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in managing properties.
- Training in property management or related discipline.
- Condominium Management designation (OLCM or OLCM-L) an asset.
- General construction and maintenance understanding.
- Strong organizational and negotiating skills, excellent business management skills and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial statements.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software programs and keep current with the ever changing world of technology.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A team player attitude is key.

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
