We're searching for an experienced **Inbound Marketing Specialist** to take the helm of our brand's digital persona. Your role is vital to painting the digital landscape with engaging, resourceful, and trendsetting content. If you have a flair for the creative and a marketer’s precision, we need your talent to cultivate our online community, narrate our story, and drive conversations that captivate and convert.

**As an Inbound Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will be**:

- **Social media mastery**: Command our array of social platforms by creating and curating content that resonates with our audiences and effectively represents the many different audiences our brand connects with. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube growth will be your objective. You will also liaise with the marketing team and key internal stakeholders to maximize the reach of our content & drive value in other inbound marketing channels.
- **Content craftsman**: Weave magic with your words and visuals. Whether it's crafting bite-sized tweets, developing scripts for expert advice videos, or detailed influencer interviews, your writing will attract and engage, while your content will stop thumbs in their tracks.
- **Data-driven dynamics**: With a scientific approach, measure what matters by continuously participating in reporting and analytics. Interpret data to make informed decisions that drive content performance that leads to audience engagement.
- **Influencer whisperer**: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers who echo our brand's ethos. Your experience in managing partnerships will amplify our voice through authentic narratives while creating exceptional content.
- **Event energizer**: Be the playbook author for captivating digital events from contests that inspire the community, to giveaways that spread delight, to capturing the magic of our many showroom events to pique curiosity.
- **Community champion**: Elevate our social community management and brand reputation with attentiveness and strategic engagement, fostering a space that's as informative as it is inspiring.
- **Brand management maven**: Uphold our brand’s integrity by promptly addressing customer reviews, whether positive or negative, with a solution-oriented approach. Your adept communication will convert challenges into opportunities for brand loyalty and growth, ensuring responses reflect our core values and brand voice.

**Your experience**:

- 5+ years' hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube - you know them like the back of your smartphone.
- 5+ years in social media community management, you’re a pro at sparking and sustaining conversations, recognizing brand risks, and supporting customers as much as possible.
- Content development experience: Armed with a creative eye and technical skills, graphic design and video editing are second nature to you.
- Experienced in influencer management: Navigating the influencer sphere is your forte, thanks to your solid experience in managing influencer relationships.
- If you've had experience in retail, interior design, or construction scenes that would be fantastic. This background will really help you grasp the ins and outs of marketing major home appliances, allowing you to craft strategies that truly connect and spark engagement.
