Areas of Responsibility:

- Administrative Support for CEO by managing their calendar, booking appts, making travel arrangements
- Editing and preparing outgoing correspondence
- Developing and maintaining a variety of company forms
- Management of CEO appointments
- General office duties
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Reception duties
- Special projects, as required

Skills Required:

- Easy going personality and sense of humour
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and Adobe
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- Critical thinking and problem analysis skills
- Work independently
- Manage confidential information is essential
- The ability to work with a variety of personalities and work styles

Required experience:

- 1-3 years experience
- Sharevision experience an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
