**Now Hiring: Parts Advisor - $2,500 Signing Bonus**

We’re growing our Parts Department and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented **Parts Advisor** to join the team at **Orillia Dodge**—a high-volume, customer-focused dealership with over 40 years of success in the 705.

This is a great opportunity to join a professional, fast-paced environment where experience is valued and performance is rewarded.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support retail customers and service technicians with accurate parts recommendations
- Use PBS and STARPARTS to source, order, and track parts
- Communicate professionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and organization in the stockroom and retail floor
- Process returns, warranties, and core charges
- Contribute to a clean, efficient, and well-run parts operation

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Experience in an automotive parts role (Chrysler/Stellantis experience preferred)
- Familiarity with PBS and STARPARTS systems is an asset
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Reliable work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and high service standards
