**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

**Experience**

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to analyze information and present findings clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to procure resources effectively

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Education**

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**

  • Administration: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**

  • English (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T3P 1X7
