**Job duties**

  • Coordinating repair needs for customers. (Repair Appointments/Rentals etc.)
  • Opening work orders.
  • Communicating, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
  • Update management software (Mitchell, Audatex and Body Shop Connect) with notes when needed.
  • Completing all components of administrative support to the Collision Repair Facility Team.
  • Manage the confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles & towing requests.
  • Ensure all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers.
  • Post sublet invoices..
  • Any other tasks as requested by Department Manager.

**Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and dealership management systems
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
