**Job duties**:

- Coordinating repair needs for customers. (Repair Appointments/Rentals etc.)
- Opening work orders.
- Communicating, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
- Update management software (Mitchell, Audatex and Body Shop Connect) with notes when needed.
- Completing all components of administrative support to the Collision Repair Facility Team.
- Manage the confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles & towing requests.
- Ensure all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers.
- Post sublet invoices..
- Any other tasks as requested by Department Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and dealership management systems
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
