Body Shop Appraiser/warranty Admin

We are looking for someone to assist with the appraisal of vehicles, and work with insurance companies on warranties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage
- Complete appraisals and negotiate with insurance company’s on proper repair methods and pricing
- Submit supplements in a timely manner and provide appraisers with all required photos and documentation
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance appraisers
- Monitor daily productivity of all assignments and corresponding records
- Monitor progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed

**What you need**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years direct experience appraising automobile physical damages
- Possess technical knowledge of auto body collision and mechanical repairs
- Must have a good working knowledge of the collision industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide superior customer service

Hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
