**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare estimates.
- Develop and maintain job schedules and progress reports.
- Perform all administrative and accounting tasks including payroll and collections.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Manage social media platforms and other marketing materials.
- Investigate and source building materials and subcontractors.
- Assist with HR activities.
- Other support as needed.

**Experience**
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Accounting / bookkeeping / financial experience is required.
- Strong MS Office and accounting software skills.
- Sales and estimating background would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of building materials, hard/landscaping products, equipment, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
