**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
As a continuous improvement coordinator, your mandate will be to follow up on the activities of several continuous improvement projects of the company. You will have to use your rigor, your organizational skills and your communication abilities to ensure the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams and thus achieve the targeted objectives.

You will also be involved in maintaining and improving the management system, supporting your peers in improving their processes.

Here's an overview of your tasks:
**Projects Component**
- In collaboration with the project leader, follow up on action plans and deliverables in order to achieve project objectives within the established timeframe
- Be a team player and a leader by involving the different functions of the company in a multidisciplinary team to solve problems and issues
- Enhance your communication skills by leading various meetings and workshops
- Participate in documentation, training of stakeholders and implementation of business process improvements

**Management system component**
- Support process owners in the improvement of their processes, for example by helping them document their processes with the help of mapping or other support, or by organizing and leading workshops using continuous improvement and creativity tools
- Collaborate in the maintenance of our document management system and support users
- Conduct internal audits of our processes to identify opportunities for improvement

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, engineering, marketing or other relevant training
- You have a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt (an asset)
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- You have experience in project coordination
- Excellent communication skills, listening and empathy
- Collaboration and team spirit
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Dynamic person who likes to take on new challenges, initiative
- Rigor and organization
