**Résumé des fonctions**:
À ce titre, l'adjointe administrative effectue le service à la clientèle, appuie les gestionnaires dans le processus de recrutement, prépare le dossier financier des clients, effectue divers travaux de bureau, tels que le classement, la rédaction de divers lettres et rapports, l'organisation de réunions, la gestion du courrier et des envois postaux, etc.; accomplis toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son supérieur.

**Compétences et exigences**:

- Posséder un diplôme d'études professionnelles en secrétariat ou toute autre combinaison de formation et d'expérience jugée pertinente;
- Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des tâches;
- Maîtrise de la manipulation des documents numériques tels que PDF, JPG, PNG;
- Posséder de bonnes habiletés en communications interpersonnelles;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des produits Apple (Ordinateur Mac) (Un atout)
- Avoir de la rigueur;
- Être organisé;
- Maîtriser la suite office;
- Travailler bien et rapide
- Savoir planifier quelques coups d'avance
- Être bilingue (**obligatoire**).

**Summary of functions**:
As such, the administrative assistant performs customer service, supports managers in the recruitment process, prepares clients' financial files, performs various office tasks, such as filing, drafting various letters and reports, organization of meetings, management of mail and postal items, etc.; performs any other related task at the request of his superior.

**Skills and requirements**:

- Possess a professional diploma in secretarial studies or any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of tasks;
- Proficiency in handling digital documents such as PDF, JPG, PNG;
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills;
- Have a good knowledge of Apple products (Mac computer) (a plus)
- Have rigor;
- Be organized;
- Perfectly bilingual. (oral and written) (mandatory)
- Work well and fast
- Know how to plan 2 steps ahead

From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., to be discussed
