**Job Description** Mission**
We are currently seeking an administrative assistant to join our office in Gatineau. As such, you would be responsible for various administrative tasks and assist the project managers in the coordination of their projects.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from our Gatineau office.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the project managers and engineering teams for the preparation, revision and layout of presentations, tables, reports, proposals, contracts and other texts in English and French
- Deliver a variety of tasks for the project teams (document management, filing, archiving, standards management, purchase orders, billing, monitoring of amendments, project openings and proposals, follow-ups for contracts and deliverables, purchasing, conference registrations, training, car/hotel/plane reservations, etc.) while respecting the firm’s quality assurance procedures
- Prepare and revise work plans, proposals and other types of documents using the appropriate format
- Carry out the team’s coordination activities
**Qualifications**
- DSC, ACS or DVS diploma in administration, office technology or other relevant field
- Minimum of five years’ significant experience as an administrative assistant
- Expertise in written and verbal communication in both English and French: proficiency in English is essential for this role, in order to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community members nationwide
- Versatile and able to continuously learn and hone your skills
- Able to produce esthetic communications, with a keen eye for detail and attention to quality
- Must be adept at using Microsoft Office 365, team player, able to handle several projects at once, and good priority management
