**Summary**

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the project management amongst manufacturing and internal design teams for their custom product orders from design to final production.

Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

**Job Duties**
- Ensure all necessary manufacturing systems associated with manufacturing (including support to sales team leaders and design and manufacturing teams) is carried out in an efficient, expedient, and professional manner.
- Coordination on internal manufacturing projects
- Liaison with customers, suppliers and vendors
- Coordinate and maintain deadlines
- Coordination of internal shipping
- Coordination of global transportation
- Operate both manual and computerized office systems (e.g. filing, paperwork).
- Assist with day-to-day clerical
- Prepare meetings
- Prepare reports according to timelines
- Participate in determining key result areas and key performance indicators for the review process to establish areas of improvement for the sales department.
- Produce reports on events which include obstacles and opportunities encountered during manufacturing.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00

Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00 PM

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
