**About You**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with marketing leadership to plan and execute marketing strategies for partnerships, sponsorships, and events
- Provide support for all aspects of events (flights, swag, booth experience, pre
- and post-event promotion, etc.)
- Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generated MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales teams
- Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics
- Mange project timelines and requirements to ensure all deliverables uphold branding standards and are deployed on schedule
- Plan and coordinate webinars with the training team, business coaches, and partners, with the objective of increasing attendance and participation
- Assist with the optimization of resources spent on events and prepare reconciliation of expense statements to ensure efficient spending and that activities are delivered on time and within the approved budget
- Assist with special projects related to community outreach or charitable marketing initiatives
- Organize and coordinate CEO Tours (find featured businesses, hire videographer, manager promotion, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in an event marketing role
- Experience in a communications, promoter, brand ambassador, or similar role is an asset
- Project management experience is an asset
- Experience managing budgets for events and completing reconciliations
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, across departments, and with external vendors
- Ability to coordinate, oversee, and lead virtual and in-person events
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of marketing channels for distribution and community marketing is preferred
