siberX is a rapidly growing cybersecurity training and events firm focused on innovation and client satisfaction, providing services to clients all around the world. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Events coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of marketing and events activities, as well as providing administrative support to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan/assist with planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing and events activities, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media and other digital marketing channels, including email marketing and blog posts
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other materials
- Manage and update the company website and social media channels
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and processing expense reports
- Monitor and report on marketing and event performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and other business development activities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Proficient in marketing design platforms such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress and SEO is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
