6ixElement Entertainment Group is a fashion and entertainment agency representing a diverse roster of models and talents. We host creative industry events—from fashion showcases to networking mixers—that bridge the gap between talent, brands, and opportunity.

**The Role**

We’re looking for a **self-starting Event Coordinator** to take the lead on our **fashion shows and creative networking events**. You’ll handle planning and execution—but more importantly, you’ll be the one connecting the dots**:sourcing fashion designers, visual artists, and sponsors** to collaborate with our team of in-house models and creatives.

This is a **profit-share role** ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and wants to grow with an innovative brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Source and secure venue, designers, visual artists, performers, and sponsors** for events.
- Build and manage relationships with local and international creatives and fashion brands.
- Plan all event logistics: venue booking, scheduling, setup, staffing, and coordination.
- Oversee the full event lifecycle, from concept to post-event wrap-up.
- Work alongside our in-house team (models, photographers, stylists) to deliver high-quality shows.
- Manage run-of-show timelines, RSVP/ticketing systems, and event flow.
- Partner with the social media and PR team for event marketing and brand visibility.
- Ensure profitability and track expenses to calculate event earnings.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in event production, creative partnerships, or fashion show planning.
- A strong personal network in the creative, fashion, or music/arts scene is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: resourceful, proactive, and able to lead without micromanagement.
- Passion for fashion, arts, and community.
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed for event execution.
- Must be based in Toronto or nearby.

**Compensation**

This is a commission-based role. You will receive **30% of the net profit** for every event you coordinate, with growth potential based on event performance and sponsor value.

**Job Types**: Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $42,799.06-$57,102.61 per year
