**Job Responsibility**
- Enter data for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information (i.e., demand, revenue, expenses, etc.) and maintain an organized and accessible filing system.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales team members, manage sales tracking tools, incentives, and compile reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create weekly list of sales leads, delegate leads to the sales department, and provide sales data and guide the sales department.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives by analyzing sales performance over time, providing actionable and quantitative insights, forecast sales, and determining productivity trends.
- Communicate and collaborate with the sales team on regular basis to address daily issues, needs, and sales potential
- Manage customer accounts, provide administrative support to the sales representative (partnership, M&A, new contract agreements, etc.), and assist troubleshooting orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
- May require direct involvement with the sales activity if needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
**Job Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field is a strong asset
- Minimum of 3~5 years of work experience in Sales Analyst, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role is required
- Minimum of 1~3 years of work experience in a Logistics company, preferably directly involved with Freight Forwarding.
- Bilingualism in English and Korean is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain customer relationship, with both internal and external parties
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, and ability to perform data entry
- Must have excellent communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, and presentation)
- Demonstrated ability to project and forecast sales metrics, including ability to interpret sales and performance data.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
