**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Assisting and supporting the Office Manager in all aspects of work
- Creating, overseeing, and managing all purchase orders sent to suppliers and fix any problems with orders that may arise
- Reconsolidating invoices against purchase orders
- Liaising with external clients and vendors
- Liaising with internal departments such as Logistics, Accounting, and Sales
- Ensuring all orders are in production and shipped to the right places in a timely manner
- Checking tracking and updating Account Managers on shipping statuses
- Be available to step in and develop new skills when and where the opportunity arises
- Utilizing CommonSku, Microsoft products, and other software as required
- Assisting with company RFP’s as needed and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization
- Maintaining a clean and clear workstation
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Experience with project management or related field
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in vendor management, risk management, and change management
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
