**Location: Etobicoke (near Sherway Gardens, 2 days/week) & North York (near Sheppard West station, 3 days/week)**

Our expertise lies in preserving and digitizing precious media assets with the highest quality standards, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of the team, assisting with customer inquiries, supporting sales operations, and helping ensure smooth workflow across our Etobicoke and North York offices. You will assist clients by providing product and service details, managing accounts, and supporting the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries about our analog-to-digital media transfer services.
- Provide detailed information on services, pricing, and project timelines to clients.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client needs are met promptly.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and manage orders using our internal systems.
- Maintain client accounts and provide updates on project statuses.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-up communications.
- Support administrative and sales operations as needed.
- Work at both the Etobicoke and North York locations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in sales support or a related role is a plus.

**Schedule**:

- 40 hours per week, with two days based at our Etobicoke office and three days at our North York office.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
