**EMPLOYMENT ENGAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR**:
**$67,042 - $78,873 Annually**

Our **Human Resources Branch** plays a vital role in our organization, ensuring we have a skilled, engaged, and well-supported workforce. As **Employee Engagement Administrator**, you’ll support the development, implementation, coordination, and improvement of a broad range of employee programs and initiatives. These include new employee onboarding, orientation, rewards and recognition, social responsibility, HR communication, and initiatives that support and promote Reconciliation, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

A great communicator who values strong working relationships, you’ll coordinate events and training, prepare reports and project plans, support change management and program implementation, conduct research and gather data, and work alongside our team to create and improve programs and services that support our employees.

While weekly in-office days in our Burnaby location are required, a partial work-from-home arrangement is available but not mandatory. Let’s discuss what works

**QUALIFICATIONS**

You have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, psychology, or another relevant field, and sound experience in employee program management and administration, event coordination, and internal communication - or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
