**About the position**:
Looking for an impactful role in a fun and dynamic workplace? Kron Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer of cost-effective high speed cameras and accessories for academia, R&D and the film and television industry, is seeking a Product Engagement Specialist.

You will be working closely with our Sales Manager, Product Engagement Specialist and Applications Engineer to complete tasks such as:

- Educate clients about high speed camera systems in addition to lighting and lens recommendations.
- Identifying potential leads and clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to create and maintain a robust database of leads, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as data entry, CRM management, and document preparation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

**Required qualifications**:

- Background/knowledge of cameras, lighting, and lenses.

**Desired qualifications**:

- Pursuing or has achieved a degree in Business, Engineering, Film or a related field demonstrates your commitment to gaining essential knowledge.
- Detail-oriented customer service and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to manage time and plan for follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous for this role.

**Perks, Compensation and Benefits**:
As a full time employee, you will be compensated on a salary based on experience and skills, between $45,000 - $55,000 CAD. You will receive full benefits that include health, dental, optical, prescription, RRSP with matching and a Health/Lifestyle Spending Account. The use of the shop space is open to all employees for personal projects. We offer educational benefits for our employees that wish to enhance their careers. We often have company lunches and pot-lucks and other group activities.
