**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the project
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any design or construction issues
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status and milestones
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate with team members

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with construction management software is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
