Site Supervisor – Residential Condominium Security (NOC B)

Location: Woodbridge - Vaughan

Job Description:

Platinum Security Guards is seeking a professional and experienced Site Supervisor for a residential condominium building with a few commercial units. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years of security experience, with strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage on-site security operations and ensure high performance from all security guards.

This position is classified under NOC B, and involves both administrative and operational supervisory responsibilities. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day security functions, maintain effective communication between the site guards, property management, and Platinum's operations team, and ensure compliance with all site procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise all site security guards on duty.
  • Conduct regular inspections and performance checks on guards to ensure professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to site standards.
  • Guide, train, and motivate security staff to maintain Platinum's operational excellence.
  • Ensure guards remain alert, courteous, and efficient in their duties.
  • Prepare and submit daily supervisory reports and communicate observations to management.
  • Address any on-site security issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, log maintenance, and incident reporting.
  • Maintain professional relationships with residents, guests, contractors, and building management.
  • Support and perform all general front desk and security duties when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional security experience (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent understanding of security operations, CCTV, and reporting standards.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize duties, and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor, with commitment to company policies and high service standards.

Shift & Compensation:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
