We are currently seeking a **Working Foreman / Site Supervisor** with hands-on experience in **sewer, watermain, and civil infrastructure projects** to lead our field crews while actively working alongside them.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Actively participate in daily site work, including sewer, watermain, and other underground installations.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to crew members.
- Track daily progress, document site activities, and report any issues promptly.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in **civil construction**, specifically sewer, watermain, and underground utility work.
- Proven leadership experience as a **Foreman, Lead Hand, or Site Supervisor**.
- Strong knowledge of underground utility installation methods, materials, and equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license; DZ license is an asset.
