**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist users with IT-related problems in person
- Utilize IT service management tools Autotask to track and resolve issues
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals for end-users
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future reference
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in IT support, technical support, and desktop support
- Strong knowledge of operating systems such as MacOS and Windows
- Familiarity with LAN networks and computer hardware components
- Experience with IT service management tool Autotask is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Pay: $75.00-$95.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
