**Description**
**One Full-Time Contract to March 31, 2026 **(with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)
This position will perform the onboarding and offboarding of staff members. Manage hardware assets including desktop, laptop computers, tablets, cell phones and related peripherals. Provide basic training related to the use of hardware, software and cyber security.
**Position Requirements**
- Microsoft Windows OS
- Microsoft Windows Server OS
- Microsoft 365 and Azure is a must
- Enterprise mobility and security within Endpoint Management
- Apple management for cellphones
- Apple IOS
- PC hardware and peripherals
- Understanding of firewalls, network switches, VPNs and wireless networks
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and great communication when supporting staff with their technical issues and concerns via the helpdesk and when training staff
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English
- The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standards
- A valid G Drivers License, access to a reliable vehicle and business use insurance coverage, OR access to reliable transportation

**Starting Hourly Rate: $34.26**
**Office Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm**
**Office Expectations: This position requires minimum three in office support days with an option for working from home for the other two.**
