**Position Summary/Purpose**:
To meet the goals and objectives of KTI Limited while providing internal and external Customers with a positive experience, the Technical Order Management Associate (on the Gas team) is expected to perform and execute on all tasks related to Order Management including Order Fulfillment, meeting KPI expectations and ensuring the timely delivery of products and projects to customers. This position works closely with our internal and external customers to coordinate and manage order deliverables and report updates to all parties.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Enter Customer Orders through our ERP System upon ensuring accuracy of all relevant information including pricing, shipment information and terms and conditions and work with Customers to correct any discrepancies
- Enter Vendor Purchase Orders through our ERP System upon ensuring accuracy of all relevant information including pricing and terms and conditions and work with Vendors to correct any discrepancies
- Ensure all specifications and other relevant documents required for each order are received, are correct and are attached to the corresponding forms in our ERP System (i.e. Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Quotes, etc.).
- Follow up on Quotes with the Sales Team and/or Customers and update the ERP in a timely manner
- Monitor, expedite and report upon all relevant scheduled shipment dates including late shipments from our Vendors within our ERP System
- Monitor, and report upon all relevant scheduled shipment dates for our internal and external Customers within our ERP System
- Monitor and co-ordinate daily incoming and outgoing orders with our Distribution Center (DC) Leads
- Monitor, co-ordinate and report upon the status of all HOT inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor and report upon the timely execution of all agreed upon Value Added Services (VAS) including escalation of issues to all relevant Management, Sales, Customer Service, Inventory Analyst and DC staff
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Work alongside the Director, Manager, Sales, Customer Service, Inventory Analysts and Finance Teams to ensure data integrity throughout our ERP System
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of Order Management experience
- Technical Aptitude is considered a strong asset
- College Diploma in business administration or a similar field
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be results oriented
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite experience
- Knowledge of NetSuite is considered an asset
- Must be able to work in a team environment

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
