Edison Properties is seeking a Residential Leasing Administrator to join our team As a representative of Edison Properties, the Residential Leasing Administrator is responsible for supporting the residential team, including Property Managers, Resident Managers, Leasing Coordinators, and the Administrative Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:
**Establish and nurture the Customer Experience**
- Coordination of customer leads
- Coordinate tenants suite viewing and availability
- Develops knowledge of all properties to best match customers to available properties
- Coordinates parking assignments and changes and conducts parking audits
- Tracks referral bonus
- Generating Reports and filling
- Vacation coverage
- Provides training in areas related to customer experience and process
- Accommodates Resident Manager vacation coverage
- All other duties as may be assigned by the Resident Manager

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Applicable working experience in property management is considered an asset
- Experience with the Residential Tenancies Branch an asset
- Managing multiple projects with little oversight
- On-call duties as scheduled
- Overtime may be required outside normal hours of work to accomplish duties, particularly during periods of heavy work requirements
- Must maintain clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
