Reception / Order Desk

Receive product orders directly from customers and check for DC & DSD orders.
- Perform follow-up sales calls regarding re-ordering requests.
- Enter customer orders in the system.
- Generate proforma order invoices.
- Work with Supply Chain personnel regarding customer delivery issues.
- Ensure complete customer files and/or paperwork.
- Set-up new stores in the system.
- Generate sales order reports for management.
- Generate store visitation tracking sheets for management.
- Complete deal sheets and input ‘sale’ pricing and adjust pricing back to ‘regular’.
- Respond to general customer inquiries and complaints.
- Resolve customer issues/complaints with the support of management.
- Work with Sales and customers to resolve returns and credit disputes/issues.
- Coordinate with third-party sales/marketing companies as required.
- Respond to requests for order status.
- Investigate any issues with shipping orders, printing orders, inform customers and prioritize delivery.
- Booking shipments of LCL-DSD in system.
- Coordinate reprographics and distribute marketing materials.
- Assist with organizing marketing and product related events, shows and launches.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information to callers or route calls to appropriate person.
- Maintain sign-in/out logbook.
- Receive incoming mail and parcels and distribute/record accordingly.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations as needed.
- File correspondence and other records.
- Perform data entry support for other departments as needed.
- Provide input to develop new processes as part of continuous improvement.
- Strict adherence to all Company established procedures and policies, including Food Handling, Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Special projects or other duties as required.
**Pay varies according to the experience.
**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
