The Role of Customer Service Representative
In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers and are responsible for delivering the “best in class” customer service for both internal and external customers supporting the enhancement of the customer experience with our Company Experience is an asset, we are committed to training and developing the right people
In this role, we are looking for dynamic, tech savvy and customer oriented individuals who will;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, acting as the first point of contact for any customer service needs
- Assist customers as needed with e-commerce orders or questions related to the Company’s website
- Develop an extensive knowledge of Swish products and services in order to assist customers with the best-in-class cleaning solutions
- Ensure faxed or mailed orders are entered into the system promptly, with accurate record keeping of invoices and PO #’s
- Complete any invoicing, billing, or reporting as required
