**The Role**:
Our team at Richcraft Homes is seeking an experienced individual to assist with customer care on the job site.

**In This Role, You Will**:

- Addressing pre-occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns.
- Scheduling additional services with sub-trades.
- All other duties as required

**What You Bring**:

- Previous residential construction knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player
- Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with the Tarion Warranty program would be considered an asset
- Bilingualism will be considered an asset
- A valid driver’s license and car is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
