The Tenant Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and community partners at Milton Heights. This position plays a key role in supporting tenants, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Coordinator works closely with management, maintenance, finance, and community support teams to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Tenant Support**
- Conduct suite checks for pest control and general maintenance.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management, maintenance, and community support teams, as well as vendors and Regina Police Services, to address tenant and property issues.
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and inspections.
- Support community engagement initiatives to foster a positive living environment.
- Build and maintain trusting, professional relationships with tenants through consistent, respectful communication.
- Respond to and de-escalate tense situations, including tenant conflicts or disruptive behaviors, using calm, trauma-informed approaches.

**Administrative Duties**
- Prepare rent rolls and deposits.
- Draft written correspondence to tenants, including notices, arrears, and warnings.
- Communicate with Finance regarding invoices and month-end updates.
- Maintain accurate tenant files and data entry.
- Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and contractors.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum two years’ experience in administration, property management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Working knowledge of the **Office of Residential Tenancies (ORT)** and relevant Saskatchewan housing legislation.
- Experience working with diverse populations and maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
