The Brandt Group of Companies continues to grow significantly in all lines of business and the Real Estate Development team is looking for an individual to support our growing portfolio. If you are a natural leader, a dynamic self-starter, motivated to succeed, with strong experience in lease administration, as well as property reporting, this role is a great opportunity for you to join the Brandt Real Estate team.
As a valued member of Brandt’s Real Estate Team, the Leasing Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Real Estate, the role will cover all aspects related to property administration for Brandt’s property portfolio. This role is located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with the VP of Real Estate; conduct leasing activities with landlords and tenants.
- Review existing real estate leasing portfolio for upcoming lease expiries, renewals and terminations.
- Complete market analysis investigations in preparations of upcoming negotiations for leasing and property acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate leasing terms and rate with landlords. Organize and oversee any required site analysis.
- Create and build relationships with existing and future landlords and tenants.
- Maintain connections with external consultants required for market and site analysis.
- Develop professional proposals for review with the VP of Real Estate and senior management.
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports to VP of Real Estate.
- Work with property owners and tenants to prepare lease renewal and new leasing documentation.
- Cultivate credibility and influence among internal partners and external client relationships that maximize understanding of client’s needs but will also lead directly to new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop good working processes for effective collaboration with Lease Administration team.
- Assist with development and onboarding of leasing admin systems.
- Other duties as required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Required Experience
- Commerce or Business Diploma or relevant experience.
- A university degree or college diploma in Real Estate, commerce or business considered an asset
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the commercial Real Estate sector.
- Exquisite communication and negotiate skills.
- Proficient technological skills, including MS Office Suite.
