**Job Description**:
This position has overall responsibility for the leadership and supervision to all SGS employees assigned to the identified site. The position also provides leadership for the day-to-day operations ensuring that operating targets are achieved in a safe and environmentally sound manner, and that preventative maintenance is accomplished as planned. This position is also the primary liaise focal point to the customer, regulatory and environmental authorities and general public.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with strong aptitude for political acumen
- Strong business and financial acumen, specifically possess the ability to create and maintain annual budget, P&L etc
- Provide leadership in Emergency Response and Incident Command situations
- ** Strong Marine Fuel Terminal background with the emphasis on shore side operations **ie dealing with hazardous products, tank farm and pipeline experience
- Understanding of Environmental Hazards, including: Impact, awareness and avoidance
- Development, implementation and maintenance of a strong safety culture
- Understanding of Behavior Based Safety System
- Strong Talent Management, coaching and leadership skills
- IT/Technical background with strong computer skills
- Familiarity with HMI (Human Machine Interface)

**Qualifications**:
Education - University Degree (Bachelor’s) in Business or related field or Technical Diploma such as Third Class Power Engineering, CPET, or similar
- Experience: Over 10 years of relevant combined technical/business work experience required
