Milltown Marine Services is seeking a highly skilled and Mercury-certified Senior Marine Technician to join our elite service team. If you're a Mercury Master Tech or a seasoned technician with deep product knowledge and leadership ability, we want to hear from you.

Your Role

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercury outboards and sterndrives
  • Manage complex troubleshooting and ensure high-quality, first-time fixes
  • Lead technical projects and support rigging, repowers, and new boat commissioning
  • Mentor and support junior technicians on best practices and Mercury procedures
  • Communicate with service writers and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery

What You Bring

  • Current Mercury Certification (Advanced or Master level preferred)
  • 5+ years of hands-on marine service experience (preferably Mercury-focused)
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and technical skills
  • Ability to lead and train others with professionalism and integrity
  • Valid driver's license; boating license is a bonus
  • Team player with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with Mercury factory standards and participate in ongoing training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
