Milltown Marine Services is seeking a highly skilled and Mercury-certified Senior Marine Technician to join our elite service team. If you're a Mercury Master Tech or a seasoned technician with deep product knowledge and leadership ability, we want to hear from you.

Your Role
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercury outboards and sterndrives
- Manage complex troubleshooting and ensure high-quality, first-time fixes
- Lead technical projects and support rigging, repowers, and new boat commissioning
- Mentor and support junior technicians on best practices and Mercury procedures
- Communicate with service writers and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery
What You Bring
- Current Mercury Certification (Advanced or Master level preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on marine service experience (preferably Mercury-focused)
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and technical skills
- Ability to lead and train others with professionalism and integrity
- Valid driver's license; boating license is a bonus
- Team player with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with Mercury factory standards and participate in ongoing training
Compensation & Benefits
Milltown Marine Services offers one of the most competitive technician packages in the industry:
- $40 – $55/hour, depending on certifications and experience
