We are an independent restaurant on the heart of 17th Ave. Our menu is thoughtfully crafted by our Mexican celebrity chef, Elia Herrera. Our room's architecture is one of the most unique in the city and is designed to accommodate multiple styles of dinning experiences. Our beverage program is cocktail and spirit heavy with drinks that use the most up to date techniques, although we have a growing wine program.

We have recently been recognized In numerous publications for our fantastic restaurant and we are looking for someone to help us build on this success.

We are looking for a team leader who puts people first, is energetic & detail oriented.

Key responsibilities for this position are:

- Developing our team to provide guidance and meaningful learning opportunities through relationships and targeted assignments
- Generate growth and restaurant sales through marketing initiatives
- Create an engaging and energetic environment where all associates work as a team
- Achieving and training others on high service standards & exceeding guest expectations daily
- Achieve operational objectives of the business by preparing actions plans, implementing productivity, quality & standards of service
- Must have a passion for being active on the floor interacting with our team and guests
- Weekly scheduling
- Previous experience with the back end of POS systems

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience within the hospitality industry
- Experience in a high volume, upscale casual dining environment
- Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently
- Ability to coach employees and managers
- Ability to multitask, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to conduct written and verbal performance reviews

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Starting at $50,000.00 per year based on experience
