Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work as a partner with the outside sales/service representatives to represent SAF-Holland and Haldex products. You will support the sales activities of the OEM, Fleet and Aftermarket Sales personnel in Canada by improving their product knowledge and technical skills.

The Technical Service Representative plays a key role in the development and delivery of specific training programs by reviewing, updating and developing SAF-Holland and Haldex training materials and technical literature for both sales representatives and end-users.

This position involves travel as required, up to 60-70%. Attending industry meetings and trade shows, spending time with each representative and assisting with field diagnostics of major issues as they arise, resolving any technical product issues and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
