As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in direct communication with our customers, assisting them with their orders – data entry, invoicing, tracking and responding to their inquiries, all while maintaining our On-Time-Delivery targets and excellence in customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Receive and respond to customer orders and enquiries
- Log and enter shipment details
- Advocate for our customers and their shipping needs
- Keep working area organized and clear of waste.
- Sound knowledge for the transportation / LTL trucking industry
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
- Post-Secondary or High school diploma, or equivalent skills and experience
- 1 year of customer service experience is an asset
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Excellent computer skills, with demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
· Telephone skills, listening and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, be dependable, emotional control, and good reporting skills
