The role is based out of our Downtown Vancouver office, located steps from Waterfront Station. **Responsibilities**:
**Payroll-specific duties**:
- With support and mentorship from the Payroll Administrator, ensures accurate and timely submission of timecards for bi-weekly payroll submission,
- Maintains up-to-date payroll documentation for all incoming, current and departing employees, including leave administration
- Generates payroll-related reports, allocations, reconciliations, analysis and journal entries
- Assisting with regulatory and WorkSafeBC filings
- Responding to payroll and benefits related questions from associates in a timely manner.
**Benefits-specific responsibilities**:
- Ensuring accurate enrolment in company benefit plans by promptly processing new members, terminations and status changes
- Complete monthly benefits reconciliation and ad-hoc analysis
**HR-specific duties**:
- Assisting with HR documentation and projects
