ated in Vancouver, BC. _*The Opportunity:*_ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. _*Main Responsibilities including but not limited to:*_
- Assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Assisting with Worker’s Compensation, Disability and Benefit Administration
- Providing support with the annual performance management and salary review process
- Maintaining employee physical and electronic files
- Maintain open communication with managers by assisting in day-today issues
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with various corporate and legislative initiatives
- Assisting in the administration of group benefits
- Supporting in processing new hires, terminations, and personnel changes
- Working with ADP payroll system
- Generating payroll/HR reports as required
- Contributing to the accuracy and integrity of the payroll function within the company _*Requirements:*_
- Minimum 1-2 years Payroll/HR experience
- Post-secondary education in Payroll/HR/Business Administration preferred
- Experience with ADP payroll system would be considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and multi-task
