**Job Overview**: We are looking for a detail-oriented Catering sales and Event Coordinator to join our team. This role requires strong sales skills as you'll be in direct contact with clients. Experience in marketing and social media is a plus. English should be fluent and well spoken

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute catering events (meetings, weddings, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs
- Negotiate vendor contracts for cost-effective services
- Manage event budgets and expenses
- Work with the culinary team to create customized menus
- Oversee event setup and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Supervise staff to ensure smooth operations
- Address client and guest concerns professionally
- Conduct post-event evaluations for improvement

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as multi-tasking
- Strong communication and guest service abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality trends and budgeting principles

**Qualifications**:

- Previous catering team experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
