Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales through excellent customer interaction and engagement. The fair lasts only 10 days, so we need individuals who can maximize sales and deliver exceptional service every single day.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers and create an exciting and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Demonstrate and prepare our liquid nitrogen ice cream.
- Manage long lines efficiently while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of your work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-paced customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong ability to engage and attract a crowd.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and cheerful demeanor.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods.
- Team player with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
