Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the individuals’ main responsibilities will be to lead, grow and manage Booster Juice’s new loyalty rewards program and digital programs to deliver optimum online performance, brand awareness, growth, and ROI.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategy for loyalty program focusing on retention of existing app members and acquisition of new members
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and targeted campaigns across all owned channels
- Develop, maintain, and optimize strategies across all digital channels
- Manage digital campaigns against budgets, timelines and KPIs
- Forecast and make recommendations to achieve business objectives including setting ROI benchmarks
- Proven experience successfully driving digital customer experience across loyalty program
- Experience working with loyalty platforms essential
- Have excellent time management skills and be a self-motivated individual
- Participate in research and the evaluation of findings to uncover key audience’s insights for campaigns
- Be a creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent experience in digital marketing, digital media preferred
- Proven experience working in digital media to amplify content, and drive website traffic
- Expert understanding of website management, social media advertising, and experience creating, analyzing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns on various platforms
- Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CMS, MailChimp
- Working knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
