TrueNorth Web Agency is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the success of our clients' online presence. As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Optimize website content for search engines to enhance organic visibility.
- Create and manage engaging social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement.
- Develop and execute content marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan and execute effective paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
