**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

The **Business Analyst** will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve supervisor experience with OSFI’s tools and technologies and presenting creative and useful solutions. The Business Analyst will engage with members of OSFI’s supervision teams to assess changing needs, and research new and innovative tools to provide meaningful improvements. The Business Analyst will also work as part of a team to deliver excellent ongoing support for OSFI’s current suite of tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM).

The **Principal Analyst** will develop solutions to utilize operational data held within OSFI’s Supervision Sector in order to extract KRIs, themes, and trends. Leveraging data analytics skills, the Principal Analyst will develop reporting solutions using Power BI, MS Excel, or more advanced tools such as programming or modern analytical techniques such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, where warranted.

The **Manager** will have line management responsibility for one or two analysts and will work toward the shared team goals of improving supervision through technological solutions or providing important analytical insights via reporting to senior leaders. The Manager position will work closely with clients in supervision to ensure that proposed options meet requirements, and that implementation incorporates an effective approach to change management.
