**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

The **Principal** **Analyst** will support specific supervision methodology initiatives through planning, research and analysis. The Principal Analyst will provide expert advice and support to clients in supervisory teams. The Principal Analyst will also act as a change agent in supporting innovation that sharpens risk-focus and eliminates unnecessary duplication of efforts.

The **Specialist** will be responsible for reviewing existing supervision processes with an objective to sharpen risk-focus and eliminate unnecessary duplication of efforts. The Specialist will lead specific methodology initiatives, ranging from initial analysis and consultation with stakeholders through to approval and implementation. The Specialist will work closely with clients in supervision to ensure that proposed options meet requirements and that implementation incorporates an effective approach to change management.

Le BSIF souhaite offrir de la flexibilité aux employés et créer un milieu de travail productif, stimulant, collaboratif et inclusif, tout en favorisant le bien-être des employés. À ce titre, le BSIF met à l’essai un modèle de travail hybride (combinaison de télétravail et de travail au bureau) qui permettra de définir nos nouvelles normes sur l’utilisation de nos espaces de travail collectifs et d’établir de nouveaux modes de collaboration. Ce modèle sera ajusté en fonction des leçons retenues.

LIEU DE POSTE / RÉGIME DE TRAVAIL:
En raison de la nature du travail et des exigences opérationnelles, ce poste exige une présence physique (travail au bureau) à partir de l’un des bureaux du BSIF suivants au Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, Montréal ou Vancouver).
