- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be people oriented
- Must be results-oriented
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work Saturdays
**Responsibilities**
- Provide the highest level of service to our clients.
- Maintain quality service by adhering to policies, procedures and standards.
- Sell products and services by obtaining, clarifying, recording and forwarding orders.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services by reading specifications updates and attending product knowledge sessions.
- Provide technical assistance to clients as required
- Clarify customer’s understanding of products and services by explaining the product and service features; answering questions; offering relevant information.
- Processing and receiving payments for all C.O.D. orders
- Balancing cash receipts at the end of the day and preparing deposits and reports for Accounting
- Track all paperwork for all incoming shipments from Montreal, keeping track of all orders and processing paperwork once the shipment is received
- Maintaining inventory of installation supplies, advising inventory and purchasing any stock required following up on any special orders required
- Maintaining stock room in an orderly manner
- Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as required
