- Greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Assisting the team with proposals, contracts, and orders
- Processing and tracking customer payments
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
- Generating reports and conducting data analysis as required
- Scheduling appointments and meetings

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Business Management/Office Administration or related area of study would be preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and or Google Suites
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of the window and door industry is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
