We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Financial & Tax Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and compliant tax reporting and distribution for a range of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, and closed‑end funds. What you will do Review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax distribution and allocation cycles for mutual funds, ETFs, and closed‑end funds. Review fund tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee mock and final distribution calculations for year‑end processes. Validate distribution rates against transfer agency systems, including year‑end tax factors and tax slips. Ensure internal policies and procedures align with current legislative requirements. Act as a resource to internal stakeholders to resolve tax‑related issues. Review Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC) reporting. Assist external providers with tax reclaim filing documentation and respond to related information requests.
