Reporting to the Manager, TMS Finance, the Financial Analyst will be mainly responsible for reporting and Accounting related to PCF and TMS.

What You'll Do:

- Responsible for AR and Cash processes related to PC Financial and Services including The Mobile Shop, PC Insurance, Gift Card and Prepaid line of businesses
- Maintain all Accounts Receivable subledgers and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in reporting
- Prepare and analyze cash reporting for review by business team, highlighting discrepancies required additional investigation by Loss Prevention/Operations
- Assist in preparation of recurring monthly JEs and balance sheet reconciliations to meet reporting timelines
- Analyze and provide commentary for quarterly reporting with clear and concise language
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding status of various AR to ensure all risk and opportunities are captured
- Monitor and highlight trends to Senior Management for further investigation of outstanding balances and issues
- Build relationships with vendors and business teams for timely follow ups and support when issues arise
- Support Finance Transformation journey including transitioning accounting system from Great Plains to SAP, and focusing on continuous process improvement for data-driven insights and reduction of manual work
- Frequent ad-hoc requests, reports and analysis

What You'll Need:

- Post-Secondary Degree in a business related field (Business Administration, Commerce)
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Applications, most notably Excel and PowerPoint
- Results oriented - ability to prioritize and consistently deliver on time with high level of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders and garner consensus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to be analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous exposure to the retail or financial services industry a definite asset
- Experience working with VBA and macros a plus
